Call Blocking

Block Calls from a Phone Number:

  1. From the home screen, tap "Apps"
  2. Open the "Contacts" app
  3. Tap the contact you wish to block
  4. Tap the "Edit" icon and then press "Menu"
  5. Mark the check box associated with "All Calls to Voicemail" and you're all set

Unblocking a Phone Number:

  1. Open the "Contacts" app
  2. Select the contact you wish to unblock
  3. Tap the "Edit" button
  4. Tap "Menu" and clear the "All calls to voicemail" check box

Call Forwarding and Call Log Management

Unconditional Forwarding (Forwarding All Calls):

  1. From the home screen, tap "Apps"
  2. Go to "Settings" and swipe to "Device"
  3. Tap "Call settings" > "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
  4. Type the phone number you want to forward your calls to, or alternatively tap the "Contacts" icon and select the desired number from the phonebook
  5. Tap "Enable"

Conditional Forwarding (Forward Some Calls Only):

  1. While viewing the home screen, tap "Apps"
  2. Access "Settings"
  3. Swipe to "Device" and tap "Call settings"
  4. Tap "Call forwarding" and select to "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"
  5. If necessary, type in the phone number you want to forward the calls to, or tap "Contacts" and select a number from the phonebook
  6. Tap "Enable"

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Tap "Settings" and swipe to "Device"
  3. Tap "Call Settings" > "Call forwarding"
  4. Tap "Always forward" and select "Disable"

Viewing and Resetting the Call Log:

  1. While on a home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
  2. Tap the "Arrow" associated with a call log entry to view more details about it
  3. To reset the call log, return to the call logs screen
  4. Press the "Menu" icon located in the lower-right corner of the screen
  5. Tap "Clear call log"
