I know this is probably a dumb question, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to retrieve a picutre that was sent to me from someone elses phone. When the message alert came I was able to access it, but I can't access it again. Will I be able to access it and save it on the phone or to my computer? How? Thanks for any help!

Hi TroyR, welcome to cpf. I might be able to help you better if I knew what model phone you have, but generally you will receive a text alert to let you know there is new picture mail, and when you are viewing the message, one of your softkeys (the top right and left buttons) should display some options. I believe mine just says "Go", but I've seen other models where you have to open a menu first and select from a list.

Or, press your Ok/Menu button and find your messaging menu, where you can go back to the text message you received, or on most phones go directly to Picture Mail from that menu. If this doesn't help, you can go to sprint dot com and sign into your Picture Mail account to view them full-size online. If you've never signed into sprint.com, the password is probably the last four digits of the primary account holder's soc. sec. Remember to change it after you sign in!

The pictures you received should be stored on your phone. If you can't find it, most likely they were deleted. However, dont worry, you can still recover them with photo recovery software, see this guide: cellphone photo recovery

hope that you can get back your photos.
