Has anyone tried to use the videotalk to PC service offered by Three? - where you can receive video calls from a Three handset to netmeeting.
After registering for the service I received 2 emails from Three. The second had an email address in it (not the one I used to register) which the email said I needed to successfully configure Netmeeting.
The problem is that there are no further instructions about what to do with this email address (with a @VIG.com domain). In the instructions that are provided, the only reference to entering any email addresses into Netmeeting (there are two fields which take an email address) the instructions explicitly said to use my email address - the one I used to register.
What this means is that when Netmeeting tries to connect to the gatekeeper.three.com.au the connection gets timed out. And I've met all the other hardware/software/ip/firewall requirements set by Three. Besides I have tried entering the email address provided just to see and wasn't able to connect.
I've been talking to Three heaps, and no help about the registration email which was sent (@VIG.com). The last guy told me to just try receiving a call, but if I'm not logged on to the gatekeeper.three.com.au ....?
Anyone, got farther than I did in registering and was able to log onto te gatekeeper gateway and receive calls?

Incidently, the registration process with Three is fairly straight forward, as is the configuration of Netmeeting. I would really appreciate it if anyone could register and try to use the service and see if they have the same problem to report. As I'd appreciate any help in being able to solve this issue, so that I can keep in touch with family interstate more regularly. Thanks.

Is there another web forum on Three?
Can someone let me know if there's another forum elsewhere for Three users, since no one on here has been able to post a comment/help to my problem with the videotalk to pc service. thanks.
