US Cellular that offers free roaming in Canada?

Hey guys,

I am wondering if there is a US cell provider that offers a plan that has
free roaming in Canada - Toronto and Montreal to be specific.

This came up recently elsewhere. Cingular offers (at least in California) a
plan that includes roaming in both Canada and Mexico. It is not widely
known. Verizon may also offer a similar plan.

Verizon should still be offering North America's Choice, the plan Donald
refers to. It's relatively new.
