I have the Samsung Intercept and I love this phone however Virgin Mobile has pathetic customer service. The first month I had this phone it was great but when I topped up for my second month I lost internet service. I called customer service and they had me reset my phone and I lost everything. That however did NOT resolve my problem. They also double billed me so I called them back and they said they fixed that but it is still on my credit card. Upon further research, Virgin Mobile has had this problem for a couple years whenever someone tops up. It is called THE REDIRECT OF DEATH because the phone redirects to their website. They are also famous for double billing and not resolving that either.
I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Does anyone have a solution? Customer Support is useless.

I would contact them via email so you can have a paper trail with someone, use this form
