Unlock Blackberry 7280

I have an older 7280 that i used with at&t. I switched over to cingular, but i still want to use my old blackberry. Is there a way to unlike my 7280 so i can use it with my new cingular sim card? If there is a way, will i be able to do it at home by myself or will i have to pay money to have it done? Thanks
