I'm trying to get to my BB 8130 via QPST. In the configuration, it finds the phone but says that it is an unknown type. Specifically, the "Phone" column in the Active Phones and Ports menus say "Unknown(82)." It sees the
ESN and my phone number though. When I try and bring up Service Programming, it states that it cannot detect my phone type, and that I have to select a base model. Nothing in that menu says 6550, or 8130 or 8100 for that matter.
This happens for build 215 and 264.
Anyone having this problem?
Anyone able to hook up their Verizon 8130 to QPST?
Did I miss a step in the setup?
