Converting a word doc with Contacts to something usable with Blackberry Curve

Hello again,

Original posting: getting verizons numbers to a Tmobile Blackberry curve.

I have been able to access Verizons back up assistant and copied all of my contacts into a word doc. The trouble I'm having is tring to find a way to convert and transfer the contacts onto the blackberry curve.

I want to thank you for looking at this issue, please help if you can think of anything...
