    Ok well I just got a BB Pearl.I have been trying for days now to get it connected to my comp so I cna upload apps to it. Well for some reason it will not connect at all. I already pulled out my battery to my phone,restarted my comp, uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop software with v4.2 and still nothing. Is there anything I can do?

    well you gotta run the Desktop manager at the same time you plug in your blackberry. Does it say connected? or does it not even connect? are there any error messages? I have had 3 Blackberrys and none have ever had this problem.
