!!!!Can you make the default save to be on the Memory card instead of the BB memory?

In advanced options - media card turn media card support on and mass storage support to on and that should work after that.

it is working, i've just tried it , but it is possible to make it prompt and i choose where to save?

I don't believe so. I have my advanced settings for prompt, but it never seems to go there now. it just dumps everything on the Media card.

I want to add a memory card that I have in my old phone. Does anyone know any instructions on how to put it in a Blackberry 8310? I believe it goes under this thin metal cover under the battery. I don't want to break anything trying to add the memory.

Should be somewhere in the back pull of the panel and you'll see (probably behind the battery) an enclosure or rack for it. Make sure to face to the gold strips on the same side as the on the phone. put the battery back in and turn on the phone and it should detect it. Then you have to go in teh settings and make sure that Mem card is activated.

ADvanced settings-> media card-> media card support ON
--> mass storage ON and it should work. and then you can move all your stuff to it after.

Thanks!! I was able to fined it. It was under the battery and I had to flip up a piece of metal and insert it and the lock it down. Booting the phone now. I will enable the memory once it's fully booted.
