Transferring data from different phone

I'm sure you have heard this a million times, but I tried to find a similar question to mine before posting without any luck; if I overlooked it, I apologize. I had a Nokia E62 with my old job. I did a complete backup using PCSuite and need to find out how I can get the information (primarily just contacts) from that backup file onto my new Blackberry Pearl (I don't have the Nokia anymore). Is there any way at all to accomplish this?

I believe I saw something about this on here, if not it was a google I did on converting the information format. If I can come up with it I will get back to you. If not I would google and see what you come up with.

To my knowledge, I thought that was impossible. You have to do the old fashion, write it all out and re-enter it. It's like railroads back in the Western days, they couldn't all ride the same track.
