Blackberry Curve 8330 Questions

I had 2 quick questions/issues:

1) Is there a way to configure my e-mail so new messages go into my e-mail account ONLY... and not into my messages where my texts go

2) Has anyone had a problem with pairing jawbone 2 with the 8330?

You can separate your messages so that it shows a "SMS and MMS" (only) icon and then you can hide the "Messages" icon which shows them all. That's what I did, although I can't remember now how I did it. Oh, I have Verizon if that makes a difference.

Guys,
I forgot my password and to cut a long story short, my phone was wiped.
Now, I'm having issues where the caller ID is not ALWAYS showing the name and number of whomever's calling me. Even when the person's number is in my address book.
Is there any way to reboot the phone or reset those settings?
I've pulled out the battery etc and still nothing changed
What can I do?
