8703 phone volume

Hi I recently picked up an 8703 off ebay, the phone works great and the call volume and such is good, but I can't figure out how to change the actual phone volume, it was fine then suddenly it seems to have changed.

I'm not sure if i bumped something but like while I'm selecting ringtones for contacts, not in the phone profile ringtones settings, but while I'm setting a custom ringtone for contacts. Anyone know how to change that?

I'm sure that you has already figure out how to change the BB volume, but just in case:
Go to profile and scroll down to advance, click to get the sub menu, then select edit, click on phone, and select edit again. Here you will see just about all the information regarding the phone it self, and do the necessarily changes. Good luck.
