SMS error 3 on Verizon

I've been getting this error when sending sms messages on my blackberry lately. Anyone have any idea why?

Actually I figured this out. I must've tried to send a message when something was up with the network connection to a wireless tower.

This is what I did to fix:

options > advance options > host routing table > menu > select "register now"

This will update the routing tables. Then turn the phone off and pull the battery. Turn the phone back on and wait for it to reboot.
