To correct this we first need to delete two service books from the device. To do this follow these steps:
1. Go to Options
2. Select Advanced Options
3. Select Service Book
4. Locate the any service books starting with [Desktop] and delete them by press the menu button (left of the trackball) and selecting delete
Now we need to log onto your service provider BIS website and delete the account that you created and then recreate it again.
Once you have had a chance to test this can you please post back with the results.
