News: BlackBerry Playbook tablet now available in the US and Canada

The BlackBerry Playbook is now available via RIM and the US and Canada are the only two markets that has the Playbook available at this time. Sometime this quarter, the BlackBerry Playbook is expected to hit other countries, but in the meantime, here is a little info on the BlackBerry Playbook.

Price of the Playbook tablet will come in three options, $499 for the 16GB, $599 for the 32GB and $699 for the 64GB. If you are in the States and want to know where you can pick one of these BlackBerry Playbook tablets up, you can head on over to RadioShack, Staples, AT&T, Best Buy or Office Depot.

You can also head on over to RIM's official website to see other places, including those in Canada, where the Playbook can be purchased.
