#1 | | Junior Member | I have a LG PM 225. It was with Sprint. I had it converted into a Cricket(another service provider) phone. So I can no longer access the internet. Is there any way for me to get real ringtones without having to have the internet on my phone?

#3 | | Junior Member | Thanks for your help. I have never used a data cable with my phone. Can you explain how I would actually download something in my phone using the data cables. Thanks again. | | |

i'll look around to see if i can find anything that would suit what your looking for.

#9 | | iM wAtChInG yOu | I found the following info on another site. Quote:
BitPim does work on the LG PM225
i have one, it works on mine. with BitPim, i can download (from the phone) pictures, wallpapers, SMS, phonebook, and calender (which i can then edit on the computer). i can download (to the phone) custom wallpapers and custom ringtones. so it does what i want.
i got the data cable cheap off of ebay from 'moblilesandpdas', you will need to download and install the drivers first ofcourse, they are at http://www.portwireless.com/downloads/ it is:
LG CDMA Phones (Verizon, etc): www.portwireless.com/downloads/LG-Drivers.zip
install dirvers and then plug in the data cable and it should find the drivers.
run bitpim and tell it what model phone you have (PM225) and that should be it!
| and I went ahead and uploaded BitPim for you. CLICK HERE FOR THE BITPIM LINK
