Click under the person you want to give it to's CPF Money where it says "Donate" which will bring you to where you can fill out how much and why. But you must have some of your own to give. When your done click submit and you have donated CPF money. (I always check to make sure the persons amount goes up afterwards just to make sure it was successful)
