Yeah, I had the same problem with my verizon phone. They won't let verizon users have their own ringtone. But Alltell, I'm not too sure.
Myxer's new policy thing is that they send you a link to your phone, and you're supposed to extract that link going to option -> extract files. Then it should take you to the internet on your phone and download the ringtone from there.
Every phone should have something similar to this; it might be because you don't have internet access on your phone.
My suggestion? Make your own ringtones. DL Audacity and upload your favorite songs, trim it down, then save them and email it to your phone number. It's a better way to monitor the files. That's the way I do it, just so I don't accidentally download some freak virus onto my phone.
