A little tainted your opinion is. I sell both service providers: Bell and Rogers, both of which have their flaws, but if you really want billing issues, go to Telus. heheheh.

Personally, I've found Rogers to be a much more honest company compared to Bell. Also, their post-activation customer care has beaten Bell hands down as long as I've dealt with them....

    I'm a Rogers man myself.
Thank you very much sir....As my thanks...A Twoonie...

I have Rogers on a v3 Razr not one problem with the company in 2 years now, just renewed my contract for 3 years to get this phone which rocks. I had a problem with the razr that the screen was messed up, walked into a rogers Kiosk, said I think my phone is a lemon and had it replaced in about 2min. Had one problem with my bill once but I called the 1-800 number and had it changed in less than 10min with talking with a rep. I sell fido, rogers, telus and bell at work and I have way better service from rogers and fido than I do with bell or telus.

How can the bigest communications company in Canada be a scam. Id say a monopoly is more what it is.

Definitely a monopoly, not a scam. They tell you all their fees up front, it's just up to you to read your own contract before signing up.

    Re: Rogers = Scam

It is not even a monopoly as 2 other national carriers. Sure they are crappy CDMA and I would Never switch to either one of them, but they do still offer all the same services, so there is no monopoly.

I am a Very happy Rogers customer. I have never had 1 billing in 4 years. ...oh wait I forgot I actually did have 1, my unlimited data didn't show up so I got a ~$300 data charge. I called them up and within a couple minutes he completely removed the charge. Quite painless.
