They always try to charge you for extra services you never used and you gotta fight with them on the phone, I like bell, but its not the same type of technologie as rogers, but I hurd bell has more coverage.

    See More: Rogers = Scam

actually, U can have Base voice mail, Caller ID and 75 txt messages for 9$/mts

After getting shafted royally by bell last year (They can't fix a billing system in more than a year) because They gave me interest for 3 months of unpaid bills that they never sent to me, and could not pay online because it was never billed because they had a mess-up in their billing program and all.

When I cancelled in september, They still billed me in oct, nov, dec and jan (My contract was already finished and I had to call every week to get a credit and all. Took me 9 months to get all my credits from this compagny.

No mess up from Rogers on my part yet, and I prefer BY FAR the GSM coverage from Rogers. Also their Phones and data devices are way better.

As for the internet charges remember to lock the feature so that you can't just activate it. My friend had a 150$ chage from another company on his last bill cuz he left his net on for 3 and a half hrs. damn thing must refresh automaticly and it was cuz he didn't know up was set to go online and hit it by mistake.

I doubt that it will happen though. Rogers wouldn't offer it. Lets bet on it!

Rogers is increasing prices and lowering quality of its services right across the board - cell phones, TV, telephones, internet - you name it. I'm still trying to figure out whether to switch my ISP to Bell or not.

Rogers is in the habit of having billing error's. They constantly bill people for duplicate text messages, internet (that you probably didn't use) but they count on those millions of people who don't even look at their bills every month to not call in. So there are those that call and those that don't and there are more that DON'T.

of course bell sucks, they don't use gsm technology. that's the way the world is going and bell and telus are still sadly behind the times.
