    I recently about 2 months ago, bought a phone from radio shack. I was given a deal, signed my contract and was happy. I was told I would have unlimited calling between phones, 100 bonus minutes, free calling for the first three months (to see what plan I wanted, that way I could figure out what plan it is we want). We were told we would have free voicemail and call display for 2 months. I have the family plan with 3 phones. We share all the plan. I do not get my extrea minutes on my cell phone plan, I am charged for every call, even the calls between phones. I have been charged for my voice mail. The only thing I have for proof abiout the plan I was going to get is by the promotion radioshack was giving for that month. I confronted rogers with the dilemma and they told me to go back to radio shack, because radioshack was the company that sold me the phone and any problems I have needs to be taken up with them. Dilemma 2: Radioshack does not exist in canada no more. Dilemma 3: The individual who sold me the phones was fired. Dilemma 4: I live eight hourse away from the old radio shack which is called the source.
    my bill is 400 dollars right now. My contract does not say anything about the bonuses I bought my phones under. It doesnt even say what my plan is. My contract has no details of my account. Is there any way that I can cancel due to their breach of contract. as it stands if I were to cancel it wold cost me 200 dollars per phone. So I then owe them 1000 dollars. Every time I call them they change theei story every time. Even what they write up between callers (reps), the reps dont even know what is going on. Any advice to help me with my contract would be appreciated.

    SPEAK TO A ROGERS SUPERVISOR

    on your sales receipt it should list all promotions if not there try fighting them with the promotions on the internet

    If you are on the fam plan, up to 2500 minutes will be credited to you if they have not been already, and for the first 3 months you should have the unlimited local calling...double check with the call centre what plan you are on and double check your bill too... and the source is still radio shack..just a new name... go see them...they can usually fix it
