If you have downloaded mobile tv (and you should its great) and you have no sound (nokia 6220) the problem has been solved with hours of frustration with the "tekkies" we did the following: Master reset of the phone (no changes) waste of time. Redownload program (no changes) waste of time, finally after viewing all profile, volume levels, and ring types the secret was found. If you are getting no volume out of the back of your phone here is the answer: MENU - REAL PLAYER - OPTIONS - AUDIO - SELECT RANDOM PLAY AND MAKE SURE IT IS SET TO "ON".
