Alright, my cell phone went missing a couple of weeks ago and was not stolen. I know this because I haven't been anywhere, but at one friends house, my mom's car, then my house, with my phone. I have ripped apart my house searching for this phone for a week now phoning it over and over but the battery has died. I've tried contacting Rogers about what I should do, but honestly after 5 emails and a phone call they can't seem to figure out what the problem is. (wtf)
I am on the Evening & Weekend Plan for $25 a month which is a megatime plan. My phone (Motorola V551) came free with the plan, and I want to know if GPS can help me know where it is or some other trick. I have a hard time asking Rogers people this because it's obviously more money for them if it's just lost.
Also, because the phone was free with the plan, would they replace it for free or would I have to buy a new phone?
    This is driving me insane!
    Thanks

There is no way to locate your phone if it is off. (even if your phone was on the answer would be no, but especially since you know it is off it is impossible).

Odds are someone has found it by now and is using it with their own SIM (or yours if you didn't bother to cancel it).

    You have 4 options:

    1. cancel your plan (and most likely pay a cancellation fee)

    2. Buy a new phone.

    3. Do a Hardware Upgrade if you have been with Rogers at least a year.

    4. Take advantage of Rogers Lost Stolen Damaged phone progam (usually ~$85 for an older model phone) (older meaning like a V551)
