I am not sure how far rogers reaches with it's service, I assume you are in Canada, if so, I was not aware that t-mobile was even a Canadian service provider. I do believe rogers brands their phones, which means they develop the software particularly for their service. You will have to obtain a firmware update for your phone compatible with t-mobile. I have a similar problem with my phone that was an Aliant (bell) phone and flashed it with Sprint firmware, everything but internet related services work.
You may be able to switch MMS servers if you can obtain your MSL code if it's a
CDMA phone. Not sure about
GSM. You may also be able to seem edit which is more dangerous. You can find a software package calld P2K commander and see if it recognizes your phone. These are for Rzr's but may support the Krzr.
