    ok the family plan is free after 9 pm right....so this girl calls me from long distance but the same country after 9 and why am i still getting charged

    Sorry I don't know the details of your plan, but when it comes to Rogers, I upgraded from dial-up to a lite cable ISP connection with them and they continued to charge me twenty dollars a month for about seven months for the dial-up.
