Porting Telephone Numbers

Hey all...

Just purchased a new cell phone and am waiting for delivery..(SE W810i) and have questions about porting telephone numbers.

I'm in Canada and my current cell phone provider is Rogers. Is it possible to...

a. transfer a landline number to a cell phone?. I really want to ditch Bell.

b. Transfer a landline number to a PAY-AS-YOU-GO cell phone with Rogers?.

Thanks for your replies!
