Ugh, I am really aggravated. I recently moved and my Rogers phone gets no service where I live! Yet their "coverage" map, shows that all of Ontario, Canada is covered! I call them and they say I am on the "fringe", but I am right in the middle of their damn map. They say they can't do anything. So I am paying monthly for a service I cannot use, or I have to spend $200.00 to cancel the contract, when it's their fault. I can't switch either because I have an iPhone! I was looking for a cell phone booster and they cost $245++ Does anyone have a cheap effective solution!?

Re: Really Bad Service
there is no cheap solution with an iphone. If the iphone had an RF port I would tell you to try using an exteranl antenna . It does not have that so your only solution is an amplifier setup . Either a direct connect amplifier with an induction adapter mounted over the interior antenna or a wireless amplifier.Wish there was better news .
One small tip that might help The antenna on the iphone is on the bottom half of the phone on the back . trying holding the phone further up so your hand is not over the antenna when using it
