lost phone, what will rogers do??

i recently lost my phone (my buddy did actually but thats not the point). now i have had it over a year now so can i just upgrade it? also what are the upgrade prices for phones, i have been given differences of hundreds of dollars on the same phone from different rogers reps!

i want to get a pda type phone so is my best bet to upgrade with rogers or buy an unlocked phone from the internet, anyone with any rogers experiacne please help me, i get frustrated trying to deal with them.

Well.. What will Rogers do? They'll laugh their asses off at you. I would. Because it means now we (as a company) will make more money off you. All kidding aside though....
You could look on Fleabay but your taking your chances there. You can always buy a pay as you go phone and register it as your main phone (use the airtime minutes of course since you paid for them). OR... what Rogers doesn't always tell you is that they have a supply of refurbished phones at a discounted price. Depending how much longer your contract is, they may allow you to upgrade. Also depending if they allow you to upgrade it will also matter how long you've been with them on the price they give you. If you want a PDA kind of phone I know of a place here in Canada who's pretty decent. I haven't read the rules on posting other website links so PM me and I'll give it to you if you want. Rogers has a lost stolen plan if you are a postpaid customer, you do not sign a contract and you purchase a referb phone the cost is billed to your account. you may do this once a year if you loose or damage you phone or it is stolen
