Rogers New SIM No Service

Hi,

I have an unlocked phone and a virgin unactivated rogers SIM card. With the SIM in the phone I get "No Service".

Simple question: Is this because the SIM is unactivated? i.e Will I get service once the SIM is activated with Rogers? OR could this be a problem with the phone?

Yes its because its not activated in your account. You need to call customer service and they will activate it for you.
