absolute BEST rogers plan EVER!!!!

Okay...so I can't sleep because I just got the best rogers plan ever! haha...i paid this guy i met $350 for his rogers plan and apparently he has more that he's selling off. He sold off 4 other contracts before or something like that and I believe him. I e-mailed his contact and they said that everything went smooth, so i went through with it.

250 daytime
unlimited evenings and weekends 6pm
unlimited incoming calls
unlimited rogers to rogers
caller id
voice mail
100 long distance minutes
125 text messages...
for.....$16!!!!!!!!!!

The guy has 4 left, so i thought id share it with y'all. I live in Toronto and he met up with me earlier on today. Everything went smoothyl, and the rogers lady repeated the plan back to me! no more $150 bills anymore

The guy selling it probably works for Rogers.

Its a pretty common plan, except for the fact that its $16.
Or it could be something fishy, you probably get to be stuck with it for ages.

so the plan details would be
$25 for the base plan
rogers to rogers at no charge ($5)
unlimited incoming at no charge ($10)
voicemail at no charge ($7)
caller id at no charge ($7)
text messages at no charge ($6) and he's probably getting a $5 credit
so on top of all that he's getting a $10 discount on his plan to make it $15+ $1 from the text messaging....

sounds like a great deal. except once time comes for you to renew the plan all those credits get taken off OR the finance department will go into your acct and remove the credits.

kinda sucks but i've seen it happen.

There is no way you could ever call this plan terrific. You need to understand that the pricin team at Rogers is staffed by number monkeys who knows nothing about about telecom. This is true of Rogers in general, I have been out drinking with many of them and had many arguments about this and other things.

was passed down a few times.. no idea how many years this one has been around. Ive extended it myself, done a new activation (getting same plan) and all.

hehe... better than 95% of employees lmfao. Also if an employee bought this it would only cost them 2.50$

125 txt msgs
voicemail
call ID
call waiting
call forwarding
free nights and weeknds starting at 6pm
$18 + the 6.95 access fee or whatever
and when I've had a couple of months when I knew I'd be making long distance calls I've gotten 100 bonus LD minutes
and I didn't have to pay anybody 350.00 for it either

... 2 things

1. your plan is corporate.
2. your plan is NO WHERE NEAR as good as mine.. not even half as good.

1. No actually, it isn't. the corporate plan has 200 minutes and txt is an additional cost

2. It's still good compared to what most people pay lol

I had the corporate plan and then somebody called me and offered me this plan instead and said it would mean I'd no longer be corporate but that it'd cost less... because I was paying for text before and now I'm not and I was paying 5.00 for unlmtd nights and wknds and now I'm not

I know other people who got it and they didn't get it through anywhere just normal so it can't be corporate they just said they were switching from some where else and whatever... so Retention yes most likely.. but not corporate. Leave me alone lol
