I was just in India and purchased a nokia 2680 slide phone which I was told is unlocked (since apparently all phones there are unlocked.) It is a GSM 800/1900 so it should work within the Rogers network; however, when I insert my rogers SIM and turn thep hone on it does not pickup the rogers network. Any ideas why?
