So I have a Sony K850i through Rogers.

I had a couple of downloaded games, ringtunes and a ton of photos and videos.
The ringtunes and games are still visible on the phone but I get an error message "Currently Not Available" when i click on them.

As of this morning they are all gone, I did not reset the phone, and I'm rather annoyed at the prospect of having to deal with Rogers about this.

The icons have a red / through them. Also sometimes my phone shuts off for no reason and I get a white square box with a red cross icon appear.


Any thoughts as to what might have happened?
