Pay As You Go rates..

I want to go with Rogers pay as you go but im not sure yet if its right for me... I want to get this rate:

Minimum Top-Up1 $20
Recurring charges $29.00 monthly

Includes unlimited calling 3pm - 6pm daily, 30 ¢/minute for all other minutes

2500 Domestic Txt Messages

Unlimited On-Device Mobile Browsing

is the txt msgs 2500 for sent and received? like 2500 received 2500 sent? or is the received unlimited and only send 2500? what does "domestic" mean?

sounds like the best rate for me I txt message ALOT so 2500 or unlimited txt msgs is what i need but I never used rogers before so I dont know how it works can someone give me some info?

i actually have this plan but i'd to change it's not very good ...

i want the the week end and nights to 1¢ and 39¢ in the day

whats not so good about it? and to receive txt is unlimited right? but send over 2500 it will cost?
