    I am on a $1 daily mobile browsing plan. I was wondering whether downloading java apps OTA comes under this or whether I will need to get a data plan to download them. And also, I should be off this plan in 24 hours right?

    Well, I've downloaded 1.9 megabytes worth of games and no incurred costs on my account balance as of yet. Just hope I don't find my account balance up $55 when I wake up tomorrow.
