    A few months ago I purchased my second Virgin Mobile LG260. (Loved the first one) In early December it stopped receiving text messages. After numerous frustrating conversations with VM customer care specialists the problem is still unresolved and I do not have great hope that it ever will be. Although the care people are very pleasant, polite and apologetic, they can not even give me an answer to the problem. Knowledgeable managers are practically non-existent and after over 6 weeks I had one very brief conversation with a tech who assured me it would be resolved in a few days. It has not.
    I am a very unhappy customer who is looking for a better service provider and a different phone that works.
