So basically, I went on a 3-year contract with Rogers, and ordered the Xperia X10 at a subsidized price from Rogers, and they mailed me the wrong colour. I sent it back, and it's been almost a week now, and they haven't processed it yet. Is there any chance I could just say I don't want the phone, and use the value of it towards paying my bill?

I just read your message from a couples of days back and that's what I was going to say that you cannot
    :-(
Sorry if I'm a little late but at least you found the information (probably by calling customer services...)

    Have a nice day
