Hey guys, im new here and i was just wondering about the rogers retention plans. I've seen some pretty sick deals from people that called retention but i have a few questions on how they got there.
My first question is... is the retention line as same as customer relations or are those two different lines. and my second question is how did some ppl get such great deals i have been a rogers customer for around 6-7 years now and i called them to change my plan but they didnt offer me sh*t.
any help will be appreciated

to speak to retention what you need to do is firstly be persistent and ask for client relations not the retention department.
one other thing you can do is just tell them that you want to cancel your phone, but say it very nicely and just be friendly about it, if you are rude they will just cancel your phone for you.
if they try and proceed with cancelling without first asking if you can speak to the client relations department just immediately hang up. they cant cancel your service if the call is disconnected.
