I am looking for a used Blackberry, as long as its not a Pearl. But lets not get to that.

I am basically going to probably end up buying a Rogers Blackberry since I can't exactly find a Telus Blackberry out there.

I've seen that Rogers Social Networking plan works on EDGE/2G. As I've seen on my friend's Blackberry (8520 or 30 one of those 2)

I had a Telus Blackberry 9300, which broke. It used 3G.

I have an unlocked 8700 I bought from TigerDirect a LONG time ago. I just tried my Telus HSPA SIM on it, and seems it doesn't work with Telus. In fact. It cannot even find Telus.

So. Should I get a Blackberry which is Rogers (eventually which I'll unlock to use in Telus; possibly from this site itself if I can figure out how.)

I do have a data plan in Telus with a Social Networking plan as well.

So hopefully you guys understood what I know. And if I should get a Blackberry that I can unlock and use in Telus.

Telus' GSM network is 3G only.

MEANING, if you want to get a NON TELUS device, it has to be 3G enabled. NOTHING ELSE WILL WORK.

Furthermore, Telus has a nifty link right here.

    Cheers,

    Here's the Link. CLICK THIS.
