WTT: NIB Virgin Mobile Vox 8610 for Net10 Motorola V171

Hey, I have a brand new, never opened and still sealed Virgin Mobile Vox 8610 color flip phone that I want to trade for a Net10 Motorola V171.

Requirements:
The phone must be brand new, in package. Never opened. Still sealed.
Must see picture of the phone in the packaging.
Will not ship first* (I have ebay and heatware.com references)
*Will ship first if you include a new $30 airtime card (If you include anything more than that, I will add cash or pay for shipping for both items, depending on the deal)

Basicly, I'm just looking to change providers. The phones are of equal value when new ($89.99) so I think it's an even trade.
