Hi, I have this silver Razr and it's unlocked it is originally T-Mobile but I have tested it with Cingular and it does work. Phone is in great condition and it's only a month old. Phone comes with everything except a SIM card included will be headset, manuals, box, and charger. I am looking for a trade only. And just to let everyone know before hand so nobody wastes anybody's time I'm not too sure if I'd feel comfortable shipping first only because I am new to this and this is a nice phone.
