News: Android 2.2.3 Gingerbread makes its way to Samsung Galaxy Tab P1000

The Samsung Galaxy Tab P1000 originally came with Android 2.2 Froyo when it launched back in October or last year. That may be getting ready to change as according to Androidiani Forum, the Samsung 7 inch Galaxy Tab 7 will soon be upgraded to Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread. Updates have already begun as of yesterday and will be made available via KIES, in which Italy will be the first.

The upgrade to Android 2.2.3 Gingerbread is also expected to launch in other markets as well, we just don't know when.
