Help on buying Samsung Galaxy S3

Dear good day!

I'm new to the forum and so I apologize in advance if you are posting the message in turn wrong however, I need a help with some urgency.
I have the opportunity to buy the Galaxy S3 outside (USA) and by more than there are adverts about phone unlocking and etc, I'm still afraid to make the purchases.
My carrier is the HI and from what I know works in freq.de 1900Mhz what is no problem but the equipment be marketed quadriband model here is the I9300 for all carriers
and out there exitesm different models for each carrier. Example: Galaxy S (III) SPH-L710 (Sprint), SGH-T999 (T-Mobile) SGH-I747 (AT & T), SCH-I535 (Verizon). Well the question is well acquire either of these (without contarte articipants course) that after the unlock they will work normally here in Brazil?
