Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 screen broken

I have a samsung galaxy ace s5830 and it had the screen digitizer broken so i bought one online and changed it successfully. However after replacing it, i switched it on normally and i started to have no signal (reception) or sometime a few. I thought i had left something loose so i opened it again and re-done the process. I'm sure i did everything fine and didn't break any parts or so, but after i got it back together and tried switching it on again it wouldn't switch on. I tried several times doing the process of opening it up and doing the process but everything was unsuccessful. I connected the mobile with the laptop via usb and the screen went on marking that it was charging but still couldn't switch it on. Any help guys?

Unfortunately it's very difficult to troubleshoot without actually having the phone in hand. It's possible that something on the pcb is broken and not making the proper connections to power the phone.
