    To Block a Call

    To block a call and leave the caller a message you have to:

    1. While you have an incoming call, tap and drag Reject call with message.
    2. Select the message that you want to send and tap Send.
    3. You can also choose to Create a new message -> enter a new message and tap Send when done.

    To add a caller to the reject or block list

    1. From the Home screen, press the Apps icon.
    2. Go to Contacts.
    3. Tap the Contacts tab.
    4. Now choose the contact that you want to block.
    5. Press the Menu key.
    6. Now tap Add to reject list.
    7. You should then see a blue icon next to the contact number that you blocked.

    To remove a caller from the reject or block list

    1. Go to the contact that you blocked.
    2. Tap the Menu key.
    3. Select Remove from reject list. The contact will be removed from the block list and the blue icon will disappear.

    To Use Speed Dial

    To assign a contact to speed dial:

    1. From Home screen, tap Phone.
    2. Tap the Keypad if necessary.
    3. Press the Menu key.
    4. Select Speed dial setting.
    5. Now select the number where you wish to assign the speed dial. Choose numbers from 2 to 9.
    6. Now select the contact that you want to assign to the speed dial number.

    To make a call using speed dial:

    1. From the Home screen, press the Phone icon.
    2. If you find it necessary, tap the Keypad tab.
    3. Touch and hold the speed dial number on the keypad to make the call.

    Caller ID Settings

    To turn on name ID

    1. From the Home screen, press Apps.
    2. Select T-Mobile Name ID. Or, if necessary, select Get Name ID -> Confirm -> follow the prompts to subscribe to a T-Mobile Name ID.
    3. Now tap Settings.
    4. To enable T-Mobile Name ID and select the check box, tap Add to Contacts.
    5. When Add to Contacts is selected, you will see a prompt to add any new telephone number to your contacts, after each ended phone call. Depending on the settings, you will see the prompt message either inside the notification area or on screen as a pop-up window.

    To turn off name ID

    1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
    2. Select T-Mobile Name ID.
    3. Go to Settings.
    4. Tap Add to Contacts – this will clear the check box and will disable T-Mobile Name ID.

    To change the settings of Name ID

    1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
    2. Select T-Mobile Name ID.
    3. Go to Settings.
    4. Select Prompt mode.
    5. You will see three settings, tap to select how you will be prompted to add the new callers to your contacts:
    - Post-call Prompt Only – by selecting this setting you will receive a pop-up window when a call is ended.
    - Use Notification Only – by selecting this setting you will receive a message in the notifications area at the end of a call. To add the new number, you only have to tap the message.
    - Prompt & Notification – by selecting this setting you will receive a prompt and a notification.
    6. Tap Save when finished.

    Call Waiting Settings

    To turn call waiting on or off:

    1. From a Home screen, tap Phone.
    2. Tap the Keypad tab if necessary.
    3. Press the Menu key.
    4. Select Call Settings.
    5. Select Additional Settings.
    6. Now tap Call waiting to enable or disable the call waiting.
