Setting Up Visual Voicemail:

  1. Tap the "Apps" icon located on the home screen
  2. Open "Visual Voicemail"
  3. Read the information and tap "Next" then tap "Done"
  4. If necessary, follow any additional on-screen prompts

Listening to Visual Voicemail Messages:

  1. Tap the "Apps" icon on the home screen and access the "Visual Voicemail" app
  2. Go to the "Messages" tab
  3. Select the message that you wish to listen to then tap "Play"

Changing Visual Voicemail Password:

  1. Access the "Visual Voicemail" app
  2. Press the "Menu" key on your device
  3. Tap "Settings"
  4. Select "Change PIN"
  5. Type in your current "PIN" and then tap "OK"
  6. Enter the new PIN twice, then tap "OK"

Changing the Visual Voicemail Greeting Message:

  1. Tap the "Apps" icon located on the home screen
  2. Select "Visual Voicemail"
  3. Tap the "Greetings" tab and then follow one of the guides below:

    • To change to an already existing greeting:

      1. Tap the existing greeting
      2. Press the checkbox associated with "Mark Default Greeting"

    • To record a new greeting:

      1. Tap the "Record a new greeting" option. Note: The limit of greetings is 2, so if you need to make more room, tap the "Menu" button, select "Delete greetings" and then mark the checkbox(es) associated with the message that you wish to delete, then tap "Delete"
      2. Press the "Record" icon and record your greeting
      3. Tap the "Stop recording" icon to stop recording
      4. To listen to your recording, tap the "Play" icon
      5. Press "Next"
      6. Type in a name for the greeting
      7. Mark the "Mark Default Greeting" checkbox to set your new greeting as default
      8. Tap "Next"

Disabling Visual Voicemail:

  1. While on the home screen, press the "Menu" button on your device
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Tap "Application manager"
  4. Swipe left to access the "All" screen
  5. Swipe up and touch "Visual Voicemail"
  6. Press "Disable" then tap "OK"
