Initiating a Conference Call:

  1. While in a phone call, tap the "Add call" button
  2. Enter the desired phone number and tap "Call". Alternatively, tap the "Contacts" tab > scroll to and tap the desired contact > tap the desired contact's number.
  3. Press "Merge"

Activating Call Forwarding:

  1. Press the "Phone" icon located on the home screen
  2. Tap "*72"
  3. Enter the area code and number in which you wish to forward calls
  4. Press the "Call" button. A confirmation tone for call forwarding should be played

To deactivate Call Forwarding:

  1. Press the "Phone" icon from the home screen
  2. Tap "*720"
  3. Tap the "Call" icon. You should get a confirmation for call forwarding being disabled

Setting Up the Voicemail:

  1. While on the home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
  2. Tap and hold the "1" key to dial voicemail
  3. Follow the prompts in order to create a password, record a name announcement and record a greeting

Retrieving Voicemail Messages:

  1. Tap the "Phone" icon located on the home screen
  2. Tap and hold the "1" key to access the voicemail
  3. Once connected, follow the audio prompts to access the voicemail center

Setting up and Accessing Visual Voicemail:

  1. Tap the "Voicemail" app located on the home screen. (Note: if the shortcut it's missing, you can find the Voicemail app by pressing the "Apps" icon)
  2. Tap "Personalize now". (If a "Welcome to Voicemail" pop-up appears, select the desired option)
  3. Your device will automatically dial the voicemail number. Follow the voice prompts and once the setup is complete, tap "End call"
  4. Tap "Welcome to Voicemail". This is a standard greeting message, exemplifying how your voicemails will appear when received
  5. Press the "Speaker" button to disable / enable the speakerphone. Tap the "Play / pause" button as you desire etc.
  6. If you wish to remove a message, tap the "Trash can" icon
  7. Press the "Back" arrow > tap "Inbox" > select "Trash"
  8. Tap the "Trash can" icon located at the lower-left corner of the screen
  9. Confirm by pressing "Delete messages"
  10. Tap "Trash" and select "Inbox" to return to the Inbox

Setting Up Skype:

Note: before being able to download Skype from the Play Store, you will need to add a Google account on your device. To set up Skype:

  1. Tap the "Apps" icon located on the home screen
  2. Select "Play Store"
  3. Go to "Apps" and then tap the "Search" icon
  4. Type-in "Skype" and tap the "Search" button on the on-screen keyboard
  5. Select "Skype – free IM & video calls"
  6. Press "Install", then read the "App permissions" screen and press "Accept"
  7. Once the installation process is complete, tap "Open". (A Skype shortcut will also be created on the home screen, assuming that there is free space. The app itself can be found in the apps drawer)
  8. On the Skype screen, type in the Skype name and password associated with your account, then tap "Sign in". (If you don't have a Skype account, press "Create an account" instead, and follow the on-screen prompts)
  9. Read the "Enable Skype video calls" message and select either "Enable" or "Cancel"

Setting Up Fring:

Note: before being able to download Fring from the Play Store, you will need to add a Google account on your device. To set up Fring:

  1. Tap the "Apps" icon located on the home screen
  2. Select "Play Store"
  3. Tap "Apps"
  4. Press the "Search" icon, enter "Fring" and then tap the "Search" button on the on-screen keyboard
  5. Select "fring Free Calls, Video & Text"
  6. Tap "Install", read the "App permissions" message and tap "Accept"
  7. After the installation process is complete, tap "Open". (Note: a Fring shortcut should also be created on the home screen)
  8. Enter your mobile phone number and then press "Continue"
  9. Press "Continue" three more times, and then tap "Go"
