How-to: Samsung Galaxy Note 3: Block & unblock calls

Call Blocking

Blocking Calls From a Number:

1. While viewing the home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
2. Tap the "Keypad" tab if necessary
3. Press the "Menu" button and select "Call settings"
4. Tap "Call rejection"
5. Press the "Auto Reject" mode and select either "Off", "All numbers" or "Auto reject numbers"
6. Select "Auto reject list" and tap "Create"
7. Perform one of the following steps:
   
   • To Add a Contact:
     
     1. Press the "Contacts" icon
     2. Tap "Contacts" twice and select either "Always" or "Just once". Note: you can also tap "Dropbox" if you have an account
     3. Select the desired contact that you wish to add to the list, then tap "Save"
     
     
   • To Add a Number Listed in the Call Log:
     
     1. Tap the "Contacts" icon and go to "Logs"
     2. Select the number that you wish to reject and tap "Save"
     
     
   • To Enter a Number:
     
     1. Type in the number that you wish to reject
     2. Press "Save"

Unblocking a Number:

1. From any of the home screens, tap "Phone"
2. Touch the "Keypad" tab if necessary
3. Press the "Menu" button and then select "Call settings"
4. Tap "Call rejection" and tap "Auto reject list"
5. Perform one of the following steps:
   
   • To Allow Calls but Leave Number on the List: mark the check box associated with the desired number
   • To Allow Calls and Remove Number from the List:
     
     1. Press the "Trash Can" icon
     2. Tap the phone number to mark the check boxes
     3. Tap "Delete"
