I'm sure this question is very elementary for most of the folks here on this Forum. However I'm very much a noob to the intricacies of cellular technology.
Question: I intend on getting a new S4 under an AT&T no-contract but am going to go with a very small data plan. Would using the S4 GPS register against my data allowance? I'm thinking not for the most part but then the gal at the AT&T shop yesterday said 1 GB wouldn’t get me out of town (yeah right). The primary purpose for the phone is better land based communication with occasional close quarter GPS, data usage will be limited
Thanks
Bill
