Call Log Management

Viewing the Call Log and Clearing Individual Entries:

  1. Tap "Phone" on the home screen
  2. Access the "Logs" tab
  3. Tap and hold the entry you wish to remove from the "Call log"
  4. Tap "Delete" to confirm

Resetting the Call Log:

  1. Launch the "Phone" application
  2. Access the "Logs" tab and press "Menu"
  3. Tap "Delete" > "Select all"
  4. Tap "Done" > "OK"

Call Blocking / Unblocking

Blocking Calls from a Number:

  1. While viewing the home screen, tap "Phone"
  2. From the "Logs" or "Keypad" screen, tap "Menu"
  3. Go to "Settings" and tap "Call" > "Call rejection"
  4. Tap "Auto reject list" > "Create"
  5. Touch the "Contacts" icon
  6. To enter a phone number manually:
    1. Type in the phone number
    2. Optionally, select a match criteria option:
      • Exactly the same as
      • Starts with
      • Ends with
      • Includes
    3. Tap "Save"
  7. To search for a number and block it from "Logs" or "Contacts":
    1. Tap the "Contacts" icon
    2. Tap "Contacts" or "Logs"
    3. Select the phone number to reject or the contact to add to the reject list
    4. Tap "Save"


Unblocking a Phone Number:

  1. Tap "Phone" while viewing the home screen
  2. From the "Keypad" or "Logs" screen, press "Menu"
  3. Tap "Settings" > "Call"
  4. Tap "Call rejection" > "Auto reject list"
  5. To allow calls but leave the number on the blocking list, clear the check box associated with the number
  6. To allow calls and also remove the number from the list, tap the "Trash can" icon, select the number's check box and tap "Done"


Blocking & Unblocking Messages

Blocking Messages from the Settings Menu:

  1. Tap "Messages" while on the home screen
  2. Press the "Menu" key and tap "Settings"
  3. Mark the "Spam filter" check box
  4. Tap "Add to spam numbers" and touch the "+" sign
  5. Enter the number manually, or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. When ready, tap "Save"

Blocking a Messages via the Messages App:

  1. Tap "Messages" while on the home screen
  2. Tap and hold the conversation containing the number you want to block
  3. Tap "Remove from spam" in the upper-right corner

Unblocking Messages from the Settings Menu:

  1. Launch the "Messages" application
  2. Press "Menu" and tap "Settings"
  3. Tap "Spam filter" to select the check box
  4. Tap "Add to spam numbers"
  5. Tap and hold the number you want to unblock and touch "Delete"
  6. Press "OK" to confirm

Unblocking Messages via a SMS or MMS:

  1. Open "Messages"
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread containing the number you wish to unblock
  3. Tap the "Remove from spam" icon located in the upper-right corner

Call Forwarding

Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):

  1. Launch the "Phone" application
  2. Press "Menu" while viewing the "Logs" or "Keypad" screen
  3. Tap "Settings" > "Call" > "Additional settings"
  4. Tap "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
  5. Enter the phone number you wish to forward calls to
  6. Tap "Turn on"

Forwarding Certain Calls Only (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. From the "Phone" app, tap "Menu" while viewing the "Logs" or "Keypad" screen
  2. Go to "Settings" and tap "Call"
  3. Tap "Additional settings" > "Call forwarding"
  4. Select to "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"
  5. Type in the phone number you wish to forward calls to
  6. Tap "Update"

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch the "Phone" app
  2. Go to the "Logs" or "Keypad" screen and press "Menu"
  3. Tap "Settings" > "Call" > "Additional settings"
  4. Tap "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
  5. Press "Turn off" to disable forwarding
